Something wrong with your order? You can return any unworn items bought through our online shop within 30 days of your order date. Let us know if you want an exchange or a full refund.
 
Please ensure you have the original packaging, tags and proof of purchase. The product needs to be unworn and unused to qualify for a refund.
 
Head to our Contact page or contact us at contact@feragb.com to begin this process. You'll receive an email with a link to our return process through Royal Mail, as well a message from our founders asking for some feedback (it's always a sad day to see a return).
 
Once we have received the returned item and inspected it, we will let you know if the return has been approved. We will then send the exchange product or refund the amount to your original payment method. As a small business, we cannot reimburse your shipping costs.
 
Please note, sale items and charity products are non-refundable unless they have a defect.
